Financing

Step 64-6 weeks

Notary & Purchase

Documents translated, notary managed, land register handled. You sign, we execute.

Contract drafting, notary scheduling, document translation, land register entry, payment processing — we handle everything.

Step 7Ongoing

Management

Tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance. Monthly reporting. Full service.
